This is the title of a conference that will be held on 9th November 2006, in the Warsaw hotel Le Royal Meridien Bristol, under the patronage of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, organised by the law office CMS Cameron McKenna. Representatives of foreign companies that may be interested in investing in Special Economic Zones are warmly invited to attend.

Among the invited speakers – representatives from the Polish Information and Investment Agency, the Ministry of the Economy and the Krakow Special Economic Zone, as well as experts from CMS Cameron McKenna, will try to present the potential investors on how SEZ operate. They will also talk about the system of incentives for investors, as well as the important legal issues from the perspective of planning and implementing investment projects.
Special Economic Zones in Poland, which according to the Treaty of Accession are to exist until 2017, enable business activities to be conducted on very preferential terms. However, experts estimate state that in order to achieve the optimum profits, funds should be invested in the Zones over the next five years.
The clock is ticking and now is the last moment to start investing in Polish Special Economic Zones and this is the main message behind the conference.
